Refund Policy for Softcado
Web Design & Development Services
Once a project is initiated, a deposit is required, and refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances:
We shall refund the money in full if the client demands for the refunding before work commences.
When the project has begun, the client has an option of paying proportional to the work done if they decide to cancel the project.
Should the client be unhappy with the final touch to a project after offering reasonable revisions, and communication thereon, then an effort is made to redress the issue. They also mentioned that they will accept refunds in case the problem can be resolved in any other way.
