The team aimed to create a simple, effective, and user-friendly solution.
At first, in 2003, the client managed everything using paper systems for their Star Wars prequels. The first digital purchase order system for Eclipse to be integrated was EzyPO. In 2019, they introduced Digital Paper Flow (DPF), a useful online review application that improves how productions work without paper.
The client was required to produce a website using Elementor WordPress, which describes how the company switched from manual to electronic accounting. It must explain that EzyPO now connects to Eclipse and makes the reporting even faster. The platform had to highlight Digital Paper Flow (DPF), an easy tool that brings together all digital approvals in one place. I was focused on showing guests how their technology was developing and why using their electronic solutions could help them.
It was decided during client meetings to highlight their abilities in digital production accounting through a website. The website points out the positive effects of using EzyPO and DPF, with their connection to Eclipse, to carry out modern document management. We managed to complete the task by designing a simple and easy-to-use WordPress site to attract companies looking for up-to-date accounting services.
