Client Responsibilities

When the client makes full payment then they will have full rights in the website and everything that is related to it.

Use of Website

It is the clients’ account to keep their website in compliance with all the laws and the regulations of the land. It is also important to note that Softcado does not own any responsibility for misuse or non-compliance issues once the project has been delivered.

By using the services provided by Softcado, you bear all the responsibility for losses or damages in the form of direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.

Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled. The client retains the rights to the work completed up to the point of termination, and Softcado will deliver all completed work to the client.

Changes and Revisions

Any changes or modifications to the scope of a project that the client makes after a project has been commenced may attract extra costs. Other services will be described and agreed on in case they are needed and when they are offered.

Force Majeure

From the perspective of Softcado there shall be no liability for delay or failure to perform under the terms of this agreement due to any force majeure circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failure.

Governing Law
